Booking Reservation Cancellation Rescheduling Reshoot Policies:
Session Bookings are First Come - First Serve.
A non-refundable deposit is required to Book and Secure all Session dates- remaining balance due at the end of the photo session.
Payment for your session is by cash, check, or credit card via PayPal.
As a Courtesy - Session Date Requests are reserved and held for 5 days from the time we receive your initial Inquiry.
You will receive a reply to your Inquiry within 1 or 2 days.
Once the details of the photo session are ironed out you will then receive an email an attached Agreement based on the Service you are Booking.

We do have a Travel Fee for certain locations on Oahu, including all of North shore, all of the East shore, and some south shore locations.
Package Prices do not include Shipping and Handling.
FedEx Shipping and Handling in the US is $25. - International FedEx Shipping and Handling is $35.
Electronic Service ( Image files electronically delivered by Dropbox ) is $54.
Booking and Reservation Policy:-The deposit portion is not refundable and is applied to the package.
It is to secure the session time / date and covers the cost of Credit Card and Administration Fees.
If it is a raining we would either wait or relocate.
If it were raining during your entire visit and we were unable to do the session or reschedule then a portion of the deposit would be refundable.
Grace Period:-Photo Session run on time and I do not have a grace period If one is late.
If one is extramely late, I offer a $50. Late Fee.
If schedule permits, we can add some time to make up for lost time.
Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy:-A MINIMUM NOTICE OF 72 HOURS IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF YOUR SESSION.
If a notice of cancellation is received within less than 72 hours, then the full amount of the session will be due.
If a reschedule date is available a $50. reschedule fee would apply.
Group Business Headshot Policy:-Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies apply.
No Refunds for individuals who are a no shows or sick on the day of the Group photo session.
Rescheduling individuals will depend on schedule.
There will be additional sitting and set up fees for the rescheduled photo session.
The fee will depend on how many individuals need to be rescheduled. see rates
Re-Shoot Policy:-We cannot offer re-shoots due to dissatisfaction with clothing, facial expressions, hair, wind or other items beyond our control.
In the event that you would like to schedule another shoot due to one of the above.
Re-shoots must be scheduled and completed with in 2 weeks from initial session.
Presently the State of Hawaii has a 14 Day Quarantine in Place for Travelers to Hawaii.
Until this is over, photo session can be schedule for after the 14 Day Quarantine has been Completed.
I will offer Social Distancing Photoshoots - These are my normal photo sessions but with new social distancing regulations. I will begin to offer reqular photo sessions again, once my movement restrictions are lifted.
If you are still planning to visit Hawaii and have booked a session date and time, we can leave everything the same.
My normal cancellation policy is that the deposit is nonrefundable.
In the case you are cancelling your travels to Hawaii due to the Corona Virus, I will hold your deposit for a session in the future. (Up to 2 years from the original photo session date)
Once you know your new travel dates we can reschedule your session.
Some of my scheduled clients have moved their photo session to a later date in the summer or fall and we applied the deposit to it and I waived the rescheduling fee.
If you are not sure when you will visit the islands and would like to reserve a photo session it will be best to wait until you are certain you will be traveling.
