Beside your dancing and modeling, what do you
feel the most important things in life are?
Katinia:
Definitely my family and the people I love.
For me, that is my foundation for everything.
Also, just living life to the fullest and making
the best out of everything.

Where
did your interest in dancing and modeling come
from?
Katinia:
From the lady who gave birth to me ,its as if
I was following in her footsteps. I was brought
up in an "entertainment" family, it
was all around me.

Can
you give us 5 words that best define you?
Katinia:
Optimistic, Caring, Forgiving, Determined, Fun.

From
your personal experience, what advice would
you offer to other girls who are considering
pursuing a career in modeling?
Katinia:
To be strong and come into the field knowing
that there are Hundreds of beautiful people
also trying to make it, and even though you
have it, some jobs aren't necessarily looking
for your "looK", but that's ok. Just
use that experience to build you stronger for
the ones to come. You can't take things personal
in this business, if you do, you'll never make
it. Keep following that dream in your head,
you will one day achieve it if you really "
dreamt " about it.

Who
has influenced you most and why?
Katinia:
My Parents, they have done so much to give my
brother and I everything. They never wanted
us to feel deprived of things so my Dad works
very hard to keep that from happening. They
are the kind of Parents I want to be to my children.

In
terms of your career, where do you see Katinia
Dulce Mataele five years from now?
Katinia:
In the mainland, just about reaching my peak
at my goals in terms of modeling and even acting.

Being
a performer, and a model, would you have any
interest in adding acting to your resume?
Katinia:
Yes, I am actually taking acting lessons from
Scott Rogers who is the President of American
Academy of Film and Television. And I'm very
excited!!
