Renew your Wedding Vows on Oahu
Aloha, & thank you for stopping by the vow renewal section of my Hawaii photography web site. My name is Anthony & I am a Hawaii photographer on Oahu & I offer affordable photography & wedding packages throughout the island of Oahu. If you are planning to renew you wedding vows on Oahu & need some assistance in planning your renewal Ceremony, I would be more than happy to assist you with recommendations & referrals for a Wedding Officiant, Transportation, Florist, & Oahu beach locations. Recommitting to your partner with a vow renew ceremonies large & small is increasing in popularity, so if you've got some questions about how to commemorate your years together, I've got the answers. Why Renew? To celebrate. Perhaps you've made it to 10, 25, or 50 years together & you want the world to know that you'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. Maybe you want to reaffirm your commitment to each other after a rough period in your relationship. There's no wrong reason to renew. Just think about the timing -- don't do it the same year you get married, unless you've had a small, faraway ceremony & want to make your vows public upon your return The basic premise is to exchange vows, just as you did the first time around. You can either recite the same words you spoke back then, or compose new ones to mark this special occasion & how you feel now. After the vows you'll exchange rings. Either engrave your original bands with something new (perhaps the date you renew your vows) or purchase new rings expressly for the reaffirmation -- there's never a bad time to upgrade jewelry! Children, close relatives, & special friends can do readings, & you can have meaningful music playing, just as you would at a wedding ceremony Once the vows are spoken, the rings & leis are swapped, the Wedding Officiant would blow the conch shell & the happy couple makes their way down towards the beach for a private walk. After it's time to party. You could do a toast & have a small cake or some cup cakes Anything goes with this fete.
