Aloha and Welcome to the Hawaii Wedding services section of my site.

Capturing the special magic of your wedding in Hawaii is a great photographic art. Having studied and practiced both art photography and portrait photography most of my life, I take great pride in photographing your Hawaii Wedding day. I include each respective digital file for every photograph in our wedding packages. In this way, you will be able to have your local photo lab make additional prints and enlargements of your wedding in Hawaii, very inexpensively! All photos are artistically enhanced and embellished in Photo Shop. Photographing your wedding in Hawaii is less than half of a photographer’s job. The larger portion of work is painstakingly done back in the studio, requiring great skill.

I have 5 packages to choose from: Beach, Chapel, Ruby, Emerald, and Diamond.

I can also customize to your specific needs. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. I also prefer to attend the wedding rehearsal whenever it is possible.

Hawaii Beach Weddings & Vow Renewal:

If you are planning a Simple Beach wedding or vow renewal this package might be right for you.

• Oahu Beach location of your choice.
• (1) DVD with all of the high resolution unedited jpg image files that were taken during the session given at the end of the photo event
• (1) DVD with (35) Level One edited image files of your choice printable to 12 x 18 inches.
• (35) 4 x 6 prints of the 35 Level One edited image files that you choose
• There is a 1.5 hour time limit on the photo event coverage.
• Includes personal copyright for reprint.
• Shipping is Complimentary.
• We request credit given to the photographer for images posted on the web.

Hawaii Chapel Weddings:

If you are planning a Simple Beach wedding or vow renewal this package might be right for you.

• Oahu Chapel location of your choice.

Our day begins with your arrival at the wedding ceremony . We will capture the ceremony and the exchange of vows the romantics and formals.

• (1) DVD with (50) Level One edited image files of your choice printable to 12 x 18 inches.

• There is a 2.5 hour time limit on the photo event coverage.

Hawaii Emerald Wedding Package:

Our day begins with your arrival at the wedding ceremony. We will capture the ceremony and the exchange of vows , romantics , formals, and all events at the receptions.

• Oahu location of your choice.
• (1) DVD with all of the high resolution unedited jpg image files that were taken during the session given at the end of the photo event
• (2) DVD with (70) Level One edited image files of your choice printable to 12 x 18 inches.
• (70) 4 x 6 prints of the 70 Level One edited image files that you choose
• There is a 5 hour time limit on the photo event coverage.
• Includes personal copyright for reprint.
• Shipping is Complimentary.
• We request credit given to the photographer for images posted on the web.

Hawaii Diamond Wedding Package:

This package is for those looking to record their entire day. Our day begins when you awake. We will capture the events of your wedding day, from beginning to end.

• Oahu location of your choice.
• Complimentary External Drive with all of the unedited high resolution Jpg and Raw image files taken during the event will be given to you at the end of the event.
• (3) DVD with (100) Level One edited image files of your choice printable to 12 x 18 inches.
• (100) 4 x 6 prints of the 100 Level One edited image files that you choose
• There is a 8 hour time limit on the photo event coverage.
• Includes personal copyright for reprint.
• Shipping is Complimentary.
• We request credit given to the photographer for images posted on the web.
• Price Including Tax $2395.

Booking Procedures:-

• Session Bookings are First Come - First Serve.
• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to Book and Secure all Event dates- remaining balance due at the end of the Event.
• Payment for your session is by cash, check, or credit card via Google Checkout.
• As a Courtesy - Event Date Requests are reserved and held for 5 days from the time we receive your initial Inquiry.
• You will receive a reply to your Inquiry within 1 or 2 days.
• Once the details of the Event are ironed out you will then receive an email an attached Agreement based on the Package you are Booking.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Please call for the latest prices.

Making Your Photo Selection and Photo Editing Procedures:-

• The Disc you will receive at the end of the photo session is the proofs or unedited Jpeg files.
• Once you have reviewed the proofs, you would email me the image numbers to the images you would like edited.
• You also have the option to add images you would like edited to your photo package.
• We would then edit the images you would like edited.
• You will then receive another disc with the edited images printable to 12x18 and 4x6 prints.

Things To Consider:-

• A 25% deposit is requested for all bookings.
• Additional time is at $200. per hour.
• Travel beyond Oahu, Hawaii - custom rates apply.
• Photo Montage images are $75. per image and must be requested at time of booking.
• Additional DVD's are $25.USD each.
• Unedited Raw Files are $18. USD each
• Edited PSD Files for Super Enlargements are $50.USD each
• Additional Edited prints and Files are $25.USD each.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy:-

• A MINIMUM NOTICE OF 72 HOURS IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF YOUR EVENTS.
• If a notice of cancellation is received within less than 72 hours, then the full ammount of the session will be due.
• If a reschedule date is available a $50. reschedule fee would apply.
